Reposting this because hell yeah, Ori and the Will of the Wisps! XD My friend just told me about the sequel yesterday! Figured it’d be nice to take a look back at how it all started…
What’s this? A Tumblr post that isn’t a reblog? Madness! Perhaps so, but I figured I’d take an opportunity to plug a webcomic I found somewhat recently called, you guessed it, End of Infinity. It’s really unique in that most pages are animated in some way and you can directly influence the comic via all powerful ‘Telegrams’ that you can send via the site. The characters even break the fourth wall in mention of this fact, mentioning that it is literally impossible for them to resist them. That in itself is pretty cool, but I ended up falling in love with the characters, plot, and idea behind it. Without spoiling too much it revolves around dreams, and that’s always interesting right? You can find it here –> http://www.endofinfinity.com Unfortunately, it didn’t get much attention and so has long since stopped. BUT! I’ve been in contact with the creator and she’s willing to continue it if enough people show interest! If you read it and like it, be sure to send a Telegram like I did! They also have a Twitch here –> https://www.twitch.tv/mixiekins Please take a look, it’s funny, it’s interesting, and the plot actually seemed prepared to go pretty deep before things fell off. And of course, be sure to pass the word on! Their original plan was for the comic to be spread by word of mouth and such via fans, kinda like I’m doing now. Admittedly, I meant to share this a month ago, but procrastination’s a bitch right? Anyways, enough reading this, go check it out, and enjoy!
Ok, I was on a small chat with a pal here, about stuff, and I come up with the greatest literature work of Miguel de Cervantes, “El Quijote de la Mancha”, you know, the crazy guy that likes to attack windmills.,, thing is, I was about to explain him about the two characters, and I realize something:
Don Quijote is this man that is a daydreamer, with a goal to be the greatest, a true ambition, and he will do whatever in his reach for proof this (even doing the most meaningless tasks), and he will have the highest expectation from anyone.
Sancho Panza is this man that is extremely aware of reality, has the lowest possible life expectations, sort of lazy and easy-going (he just want to live in an island for the rest of his days), and maybe he does not have the best expectation from people, but he will support them, guide them, be with them, that’s why he is the wingman of Don Quijote.
guys…
Don Quijote and Sancho Panza, are perfect analogies Papyrus and Sans from Undertale:
This character model is the strongest, I don’t know if it was accidental, but heck! it’s so good! and I am not even an Undertale fan for come up with this!
